The grapes are soft crashed with a crashed-stemmer. After a breef maceration, the grapes in white are cold-fermented for about 20
days at a temperature of 15 degrees.
Rosè wine with a shining pink colour, with hints of small red berries. Slightly sparkling dry, clean with a very long softness and
persistence with slightly notes of berries and raspberries.
Particularty suitable with fish courses, fried fish, risotto, “linguine with scampi” and grilled fish. Suitable to serve at a
temperature of 8-10 degrees.
