Established in 1924, we are a company that specialises in the manufacturing of kelp (konbu) and seaweed.
With the aim of getting more people to enjoy kelp, a traditional Japanese ingredient, we go directly to our producers to check the quality of the raw algae, exchanging information with them and our distributors.
To ensure that our carefully selected kelp and seaweed are appropriately stored, we are fully equipped with a raw material warehouse that thoroughly controls humidity, temperature, and hygiene. Furthermore, when entering the factory, employees must pass through air curtains and take thorough measures against foreign matter and insects. We also perform visual inspections with metal detectors to ensure product safety.
In recent years, we have been focusing on developing new products using kelp and seaweed and proposing new ways to use them.
