1. What's production efficiency of the machine?

Answer: it depends on the length of the pipe. The efficiency is 15 meter/min for 1 meter pipes;

2. Can the machine work with different diameters pipe?

Answer: normally the machine can only cut a fixed diameter pipe. If you need to cut different diameter pipes, it must change a fixture;

3. What's the warranty?

Answer: 12 months free replacement of defective parts due to manufacturer's fault;

4. If any problem happens to the machine, how do you repair it?

Answer: first, please provide the problem description and photos, we will provide on-line guide and free spare parts to you, guiding you to fix it. If you can't solve the problem, we can provide on-site maintenance, but you should pay round trip economical class airfare, budget hotel accommodation and allowance.
