YPC-GPRO (Nanjing)Rubber Company Limited manufactures SBR with an annual output of 100,000 tons.

 

Our production lines goes through a series of processes such as free radical initiated emulsion polymerization, admixture(or oil charge) and coagulation reprocessing, adopting low temperature emulsion polymerization process and redox-catalyst system and using butadiene and styrene as the major raw materials.

 

The two types of SBR1502/1712 were widely used in tyres, cycle tire, rubber overshoes, plastic hosoe tapes, conveyors, rubber tubes, black sole, rubber lines, rice polishing rollers, extruded products, medical products and other colorful or light- colored rubber products. 

Compared with natural rubbers, it has excellent wear resistance, natural aging resistance, ozone resistance, water proof property, air tightness and homogeneity, and can be mixed with natural rubber at any ratio.
