Packing & Delivery
1. Less than 6m leather won't be packing, to improve the utilization rate for you.
2.We have the most advanced continuity knead machine which is 90m long,could go and on kneading grain with hundreds meter together,then could have less cutting.Also will tidy it well in the first time to avoid the crumple.
3. Packing with the stronger cardboard tube which one men stand on it won't broken,and outside package is with release paper+two PE film to protect the leather.
4. Cardboard tube will stick a hard paper and roll with leather together to avoid impression of the tube.
5. Color matching holes will be cut off before delivery.
6. We have much worker to pack slowly,tightly to keep the leather won't be wrinkle up.
7. Have 3 strict process to inspect the quality by QC,QA,Manager strictly.
8. Maximum one cut one roll packing.
9. Thickness all will above than your request.
10.When loading,we stick the sponge on both side of the container to protect the leather while transportation.
