Product Overview

Needle Seal Pneumatic Drived Shut Off Nozzle
Needle seal shut-off nozzle mainly serves to solve the low viscosity thermoplastic leakage, or to shorten injection cycle time by screw dosing while mould opening, which widely used on high speed injection synchronization and prevent wire-drawing. Drive system can be pneumatic or hydraulic depends on machine convenient
During storage period of injection unit process, through integrated air or hydraulic cylinder, the inside needle is pushed in
axial direction to seal inside nozzle and keep lock-up, so that material won’t pass and leak. And open with machine signal to offer precise injection. During synchronization process, the screw can melt polymer the same time mold opens and save precious time.

Installation Instructions

Assembling & Cleaning Instruction
The shut off nozzle is intergrated drive system, i.e. pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder, simply apply to suitable equipment and assemble nozzle by thread to the barrel head, make sure to check if the assembling space is enough or not prior to installation.

The nozzle self can clean by injection pressure, we donot suggest to disassemble randomly in case of matching problem, consult us first if it's necessary to disassemble the units.
