How to use
Step 1: Fix the straightener on the workbench. This step is very important. Straightening of the straightener during wire drawing will cause irregular bending of the material.
Step 2: First open the two sets of horizontal and vertical straightener control handles, and the two sets of unidirectional adjustable straightening roller screws all move backward.
Step 3: Put the wire into the straightener groove and close the opening and closing handle (there must be tension in the front of the wire, otherwise it is easy to jumper).
Step 4: One-sided adjustable rollers are tightened one by one, close to the wire, and adjusted both horizontally and vertically. (1)The material is stainless steel wire, spring steel wire and other resilient materials. The first roller at the line end of the two sets of horizontal and vertical straighteners must ensure a sufficient amount of depression to fully deform the material and destroy the original internal stress (the first If the amount of pressing of a screw is too large, the material will be wavy, and the screw should be retracted. Otherwise, the material is easy to deform again after straightening. After the straightener is adjusted, the material is in each group of straighteners. To the exit line should be a process from a large bend to a straight line. Step 5: Pull out a section of material at the discharge end. Facing the discharge end, see which direction the discharge material is biased.
