A:No, we don’t sell spot goods. We only make custom metal parts.

Q: I have an idea for a new product, but don't know if it can be manufactured. Can you help me ?
A :Yes! We are always happy to work with potential customers to evaluate the technical feasibility of your idea or design and we can advise on materials tooling and likely set-up costs.

Q :If I've decided to go ahead with my project. How long will it take to get the trial shot sample?

A. Tolling 2-5wks

     Mass production:3-4wks

Q: What information should I provide for inquiry?

A : Please send us information for inquiry; drawing, material, weight, quantity and request, we can accept PDF,                  ISGS, DWG, STEP file formant.

     If you don’t have drawing, please send the sample to us, we can quote base on your sample too.

Q: Can you provide samples? Are they free?
A: We will charge some sample fees including freight.

Q:Can I use my own material for production?
A:Yes, customer-consigned material is fine so long as it fits with our machine capabilities.

Q:How can we guarantee quality?
A:We always send samples to customer for approval before mass production, 100% inspection before shipment;
