There are two types of ceramic permeable bricks. One is a high-quality permeable building
material formed by using ceramic raw materials through sieving and selecting materials, organizing a reasonable particle gradation, adding a binder, and forming, drying, and sintering at a high temperature. The other is a high-quality water-permeable building material that uses ceramic raw materials through sieving, reasonable organization of particle gradation, and addition of binders, followed by molding, drying, and pressing. Features are as follows:
1. High strength.
The product is fired at a high temperature of 1115°C. The combination of the product is formed by melting the physical components between the particles and then cooling, and the strength is very high. Usually greater than 45 MPa.
2. Good water permeability.
With a reasonable particle gradation, the precipitation of small to moderate rain can be quickly passed through.
3. Good freeze-thaw resistance.
Due to the large pores between the particles, the combination is sintering and has good resistance to freezing and thawing in the north. It is a good solution to the problem that the permeable cement brick is not permeable if it is resistant to freezing and thawing, and that it is impermeable if it is resistant to freezing and thawing.
4. Good anti-skid performance.
The surface particles are relatively coarse, the rainwater penetrates quickly, there is no accumulation of water and no ice layer after the rain and snow, and the anti-skid effect is the best.
5. Good ecological and environmental protection performance.
It can be produced from industrial wastes such as ceramic waste, sewage sludge particles, waste refractory materials, etc., and can be reused. After being broken, it can be fired into bricks again.
6. It can improve the urban microclimate and block the formation of urban floods.
The porosity of the ceramic permeable brick is 20-30%, and it has good water storage capacity. In summer, after the rain, water is absorbed and penetrated into the ground to nourish the ground gas, conserve water, and provide water to trees and flowers; when
the sun is strong , Water evaporation can lower the surface temperature and improve the microclimate. If a large area of paving is formed, rainwater can be effectively blocked and the probability of urban flood formation can be reduced.
