A:Yes, currently the most commonly used spraying molybdenum wires are pure molybdenum wire and molybdenum lanthanum alloy wire, we can provide both of them. The most common specifications of the spraying molybdenum wire we export are 3.17mm 3.175mm and 3.2mm.

A:The net weight of each roll is about 520g, gross weight is about 610g. Our 0.18mm EDM wire is 2000m per coil. The surface is usually graphite black.

A:We can produce 99.95% purity molybdenum rods with a diameter of 0.8-120mm, and the length can be produced according to your needs. In addition, we can provide black , ground, and polished surfaces. The surface roughness can be less than 0.8um.
Q. what’s the surface of Molybdenum rod?
A: Black-surface is “as swaged or”as drawn”; retaining a coating of processing lubricants and oxide. Cleaned-surface is chemically cleaned to remove all lubrication and oxides. Ground-surface is centerless ground to remove all coating and to achieve precise diameter control.
Q:Regarding high temperature resistance performance, what is the difference between pure molybdenum, MoLa & TZM?
A:In the vaccum working environment, pure molybdenum can withstand the high temperature of up to 1800degrees. But its normal use temperature is 1100~1700 degrees. MoLa and TZM both can withstand the hightemperature of 1800~2100 degrees. Besides, Compared to pure molybdneum and MoLa, TZM has higher strength & excellent wear resistance in the high temperature environment becasue of the addition of titanium and zirconium
