Description
SF-2 boundary lubrication bearings are based on high-quality low-carbon steel, with spherical porous bronze powder sintered in the middle, which is firmly embedded with surface modified polyoxymethylene (POM).
The oil storage pit is rolled on the surface to achieve good lubrication between the friction pairs.
It has good wear resistance and load-bearing capacity, and the steel back surface coating is corrosion-resistant.
Because the surface modified poly-POM does not contain lead, it makes the bearing lubrication conditions cleaner and meets environmental protection requirements.
It is widely used in automobile chassis, forging machine tools, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, water conservancy and steel rolling industries.
In actual use, according to the different use environment, working conditions and environmental protection requirements, the low carbon steel plate can be changed to copper or stainless steel. The inner surface plastic layer can choose PTFE lead or lead-free materials and other polymer fillers. The exterior can be plated. Tin or copper plated.
