 DELIXIA is an Italian company specialized in the production of Milk Caramel or "Dulce de Leche". The company was established in 2008 as a member of the SBARAGLIA GROUP Srl. From the very beginning, the company has focused on conquering foreign markets. At the present time, DeliXia is exporting regularly in more than 20 countries and on all continents. The consistent and regular participation to trade missions and international fairs ensures a growing trend of the turnover figure (currently estimated at 35%), as well as an increase in the number of countries involved. This strategy will probably rise the Group's total turnover, that currently stands at around Euro 14 million. The production capacity has increased from 200 kg/h to 400 kg/h after the implementation of a new manufacturing system supported by solar panels, thus clean energy.
DeliXia meets the demands of the public with an entire range for retail. It is suitable for all gastronomic and gourmet professional sectors: gelaterie/ice-cream parlors, bakeries, cake shops, yogurt stores, creperie, croissant shops, bars, delicatessen, Ho.Re.Ca...Goods for industrial production are also available.
DeliXia operates in the mid/high-end segment, with customers concerned by the quality of their food. In the retail sector, DeliXia's products are distributed in the spreadable sweet creams department while in the professional sector, the products are utilized as ingredients for bakeries or ice-cream shops through wholesalers or even directly.
