About this order,in fact not our mistake,all we do as contract,and we do best packing.
but we know customer can not use this type product.
we send to customer enough SS bolt free delivery fee pay by customer.
and in our next order ALL BOLT USE SS.
3. Wrong Size Stem 2019.03
This is the biggest mistake we made.the customer is a good man,we deal in contract stem is 9mm*9mm,but all goods nearly 1000QTY,all 10*10mm, he said is ok, however 9 or 10 is ok, just some can not use other actuator.
we said NO,so sorry.
let all goods back !we will pay delivery fee and your loss.
