Test method

         Equipment: Loading system and measuring tools

         The loading system consists of loading equipment, rigid pads, rubber gaskets, etc.

The loading equipment should be able to provide a loading capacity of 1.2 times or more of the test load, and after measurement calibration, its loading accuracy shall not exceed ±3%. The loading test device is shown as below:



Allowable residual deformation

A15, B125

CO/50 when CO <450mm

CO/100 when CO ≥450mm

C250 to F900

(1)CO/300MM(when CO<300mm,maximum=1mm)

(2)CO/500MM(when CO<500mm,maximum=1mm)

Note: For products from C250 to F900: adopt (1) when using locking devices or specially designed safety measures;

Adopt(2) When the product has not gone to special safety measures, only rely on the weight of the product to achieve safety measures.

Detection of residual deformation

Before loading, record the initial value of the geometric center position of the manhole cover, the measurement accuracy is 0.1mm

Apply the load at a speed of 1KN/S-5KN/S until it reaches 2/3 of the detected load, then unload, and record the final value of the geometric center. Finally, the residual deformation value is calculated based on the initial value and the final value. The allowable residual deformation of the composite manhole cover shall be in accordance with the above table


Bearing capacity test

Apply the load at the rate of 1KN/S-5KN/S until the corresponding test load F value specified in this standard. The composite manhole cover is judged as qualified if there is no crack that affects the use function.
