McLantis liquid polymer plate making machine is widely used in the production of printing plates for various flexible packages such as corrugated boxes, woven bags, environmental protection bags, soft transcripts, and account books. The advantages of liquid polymer plates are the safety, energy saving and environmental protection of the plate making process. The original resin material is used to directly make a plate. The plate washing only needs to use tap water, no chemical solvent is needed, and the baking time is short (only 15-20 minutes).
Automatic lifting type printing plate, which is equipped with automatic double-sided exposure, automatic preheating in case of low temperature glass, and automatic heat dissipation in case of high temperature printing plate lamp. The equipment adopts imported transmission motor and adopts advanced and unique humanized design style, which makes the equipment more stable and convenient to operate. In addition, the height of the upper and lower exposure lamp holders can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the technical requirements. The main exposure system adopts imported UVA lamps, and the printing platform uses imported 25MM glass, which is processed by a special legal person. It can also ensure the overall flatness and accuracy of the printing, and the general error of the thickness of each place is ≤±0.06mm, which can meet or exceed the international similar product standards. The equipment is equipped with a suction film unwinding rack.
