Question:.How to proceed with my order?
Answer: After the prices, production time and delivery terms are confirmed, we will issue the PI for the sampling (mold fees). After receiving the sampling fees, we will draw the artwork for your reference. After your approval, we will open the mold and make the samples accordingly. We send physical samples via Express or send sample images via email for your approval.Only after your approval, shall we proceed with the mass production. Before the mass production, 30% down payment is required. 70% balance is required before the delivery.

For the repeat order, 30% down payment before the mass production and 70% balance before the shipment.

For long term partners, the payment terms may be negotiated.

Question: What’s the lead time for sampling and mass production?
Answer: Usually, it is 5-7 days for sampling and 15-18 days for mass production. The rush orders are accepted as well.

Question: Do you provide ODM/OEM services?
Answer: ODM/OEM is welcome. From concept to finished goods, we do all (design, tooling, and production) in our factory.
