Enclosed Orbital Weld System - TC26 + TM200A
TC series Enclosed Orbital Weld Head adopts TIG welding process for tube to tube/elbow/flange fusion welding. TC26 weld head is suitable for carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and titanium alloy thin-walled tubes with tube OD from φ6mm to φ25.4mm. This weld head is of high efficiency and high weld quality with water cooling for rotation gear system and collet. Clamping collets can be customized according to customer's actual work piece condition. TC series includes 5 different models - TC26, TC36, TC76, TC116 and TC156, each model covers a different suitable tube OD range.

Welding Powersource
The TC series Enclosed Weld Head needs to work together with a welding controller/powersource. TM200A outputs accurate current pulse to weld head generating stable welding arc.
Clamping Collet
Different sizes of clamping collet are necessary depends on how many sizes of tube to be welded, each tube OD needs one size of collet to clamp and fix tube during welding.
Tungsten Grinder
It's recommended to have a tungsten tip grinder to sharpen the tungsten electrode for better looking and consistent weld seam appearance.
