High-efficiency dual casting
The dual casting system can be controlled by a remote control unit for layered casting of concrete into the mold window by window.
The time for secondary-lining of each ring is 8 to 10 hours.
High-frequency vibration for compactness
A high-frequency pneumatic vibrator enables high vibration frequency, wide vibration range and max. vibration depth up to 500mm, assuring concrete compactness.
High informationization
The formwork has functions as follow: display of liquid level, temperature monitoring of concrete into the mold, warning for filling-up as well as data recording, storage and transfer.
Manpower saving and material saving
Concrete distribution for the formwork can be made by only one operator.
Concrete pipelines are cleaned by high-pressure blow wash from sponge balls, which is easy to operate.
Lining for each ring can be made by 4 to 6 workers.
