Q: Can we get free samples for test from your company?
A: We could provide samples but please afford the sample related cost and shipping cost, you know it is not a small amount, but the sample cost can be deducted from your mass order,thanks for your understanding.
Q: How about the lead time?
A: it depends, basically 30 - 45 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal condition.
Q:What's the payment term?
A: For mass order, 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by TT.
Q: How long can we get the feedback after we send the inquiry?
A: We will reply you within 12 hours in working day.
Q: Do you accept customized design?
A:Of course, yes. We have a professional R&D team to design new items. We've provided OEM and ODM service for many global Top brands. It’s better to share your idea or provide us the drawing, we are pleased to work with you for any program that is feasible and potential.

A: Our warranty is one year, but we will provide related spare parts together with mass order.Then it could save a lot of after-sales cost for you.
