Direct roving for pultrusion/filament winding/weaving
Description:
Eglass roving for pultrusion is compatible with UP, VE, EP resin, etc., and has fast wet-out and provides composites with excellent machanical properties. It's available with E-glass, C-glass, AR and S-glass.

Direct roving for LFT.
Description:
Direct roving for LFT is produced by fluorine- free without boron glass, compatible with resin of PA, PP, PBT/PET, PC, ect., applied in Long Fiber Thermoplastic process, could meet requests for producing automobile parts, household electrical appliance, machine tools and sports articles, etc.

Packaging
Bobbin is wrapped by a PVC shrink bag. If required, each bobbin could be packed into a suitable cardboard box.
Each Pallets contains 3 or 4 layers, and each layer contains 16 bobbins.
Big pallets 3 layer(48rolls/pallet),
Small pallets 4 layer(64rolls/pallet)
Each 20ft container normally loads 10 small pallets (3 layers) and 10 big pallets (4 layers).
The bobbins in the pallet could be singly piled or be connected as start to end by air spliced or by manual knots.
The whole pallet of bobbins are covered, wrapped and packed on the pallet with packing straps and shrink film, can strapped with the pallet together. Or as per customer's requirements.
Storage
This product should be stocked in dry and cool places.
The best condition is with temperature between 15 °C --35 °C,with a relative humidity 30 %--70 % .
Please keep the product in its original packaging before use, avoding moisture.
