Calcined Alumina for Refractory
Calcined α-Al2O3 powder can be used for shaped and amorphous high alumina refractories.
Main use: Calcined α-Al2O3 powder is a matrix material for preparing refractory materials. It has a wide range of applications in high alumina materials, high temperature refractories, and amorphous refractories. Due to its high temperature resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, it is also widely used in chemical corrosion resistant materials. The AF type is used for the bonding of alumina corundum and mullite matrix refractory materials because of the sintering activity; T1 and T4 are used for refractory ceramic materials; and T2 and T3 are used for large alumina refractory products.
Calcined Alumina for Ceramics
It has a wide range of primary crystals, controllable grain size (500nm-10um), stable high temperature performance and low product shrinkage. It is widely used in the ceramic industry.
Product performance: This product is white powder or fine sand, low impurity, good density, high melting point, insoluble in water, difficult to dissolve in acid and alkali solution.
Main use: This product has unique original crystal, good thermal shock resistance, stable high temperature performance and low product shrinkage. It is widely used in structural ceramics, functional ceramics, metal composite ceramics, thermal ceramics and other fields. Such as: ceramic roller, refractory castable, pure alumina refractory base, high-grade kiln furniture, refractory fiber, high-aluminum ceramic (especially suitable for high-aluminum grinding media), etc., also in mechanical parts, electrical and electronic components, high Frequency insulation porcelain, spark plugs and glass, ceramic glaze applications.
T1 series is suitable for slurry extrusion molding, such as ceramic roller rods; it can also be used for dry pressing, hot pressing and film forming.
T2 and T3 series are suitable for dry pressing, hot pressing and film forming, and are the preferred base materials for high-grade refractory materials.
T4 is suitable for use in the electronics industry such as spark plugs, electronic ceramic substrates, and high voltage or ultra high voltage circuits used as insulating materials.
DF series is in high purity, small crystal, suitable for fine ceramics, high-grade chemical ceramics, structural ceramics.
