ORGANIC AND BIODYNAMIC READY TOMATO SAUCE "BOLOGNESE"
This sauce, ready to be used as a condiment, is the result of slow cooking top quality ingredients.
The meat of 100% Italian origin is browned in a base of extra-virgin olive oil, the mixed vegetables are added and finally the
tomato puree with bay leaf and black pepper.
Just heat it for a few minutes and its intense flavor will enrich the taste of first courses.
