Since 1990 Le Mareviglie has been skillfully producing a delicate Bottarga of excellent quality. This is the first product to which we have devoted years of research to improve its appearance, color and flavor, processing the mullet roes, carefully dosing the sea salt of Sardinia and mixing it with simple gestures, to obtain a golden Bottarga, characterized by the scent of the sea and balanced taste.
It all starts from a great passion, that of Salvatore Faedda, who with 40 years of experience in the field of food processing, founded the family company "Su Tianu Sardu", to produce a range of seafood products selected recipes and properties for a variety of kitchen use. Today the new generation has given life to Le Mareviglie, enhancing the family tradition with an innovative spirit.
Today the company is equipped with the state-of-the-art production facilities, introducing innovation and modern technologies, in compliance with international quality standards. So new product lines was launched in the market, from Appetizers and seafood condiments, such as ready to eat organic sea sauces, to the Specialties such as Cuttlefish ink and sea urchin pulp, seafood excellences resulting from the reinterpretation of ancient family recipes.
