1. Can I get some free sample?
Yes, we offer free sample to client but the shipping cost will be paid by client.
2. How to place order online?
Performa invoice will be sent after confirmation from the client along with our bank details. In the same time we also accept PO as an confirmation to prepare the shipment.
3. How to make payment and what is the payment term?
Payment can be done by T/T, Credit Card, Western Union, PayPal and more.
4. How about delivery time?
Delivery time is about 3-5 days after payment made. But this need to be checked with sales person if there is stock.
5. Is there any discount?
Yes, some of the products is apply for discount, but it depends on the quantity.
6. How does your factory make sure the product quality?
First of all, we will prepare samples for approval. Secondly, after getting approved, our team will set up a process craft , and form a inside drawing to follow it. Thirdly, during production, we have FQC, IQC ,IPQC and OQC to control the quality. At the end, We will final check before shipping to avoid any problem.
7. How do you handle complaint?
First of all, we will take quick action by look into the complaint, if it’s about the quality, we will send you the free
replacement or refund your lose. We can guarantee that solve the problem is our main goal.
8. Can you do OEM for me?
We accept OEM orders, just contact us and give us your design. We will offer you a reasonable price and make samples ASAP.
9. When can I get the quotation ?
We usually quote within 24 hours after weget your inquiry. If it’s a urgent order you can call us or mention it in your email
subject, so we can take that as priority.
