H1Z2Z2K 4mm2 PV Wire Harness with Male Female connector for Solar System
Solar Pv Cable is used for the cable connection between solar modules and the extension cable between the module string and the DC/AC inverter, photovoltaic power stations, solar parks, gables and rooftop photovoltaic systems.

Product Processing
1.Cutting and Stripping Cable Process
Note: Don't cut the cable grands, the number of broken
cable grands should be less than 3.
2.Crimping Process
Note: Cable core should not be exposed too long. Ensure the concentricity of the cable and metal parts.
3. Connect Process
Insert crimping socket and pin into back of male and female connector. A "click" should be heard or felt when the contact cable assembly is seated in correct position
4. Stick the label process
Stick the "+" "-" label to mark the ends of male or female.
at a standard distance 10cm between connector and label.
