Minli Industrial chemical granules powder Cryolite for Coated Abrasive
Applications:
Specially used in the high-end abrasives industry, metal flux industry, etc.
Physical and chemical properties:
White crystal powder. PH value is between 3.5-8 (adjustable), particle size is 40-12000 mesh (150μm~1μm), specific gravity is 2.95-3.01g/cm3, melting point is 920 ℃, insoluble in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, slightly soluble in water
Features:
1.The main content (F, Al, Na) can reach above 98.5%, and the impurity content is low
2.The various indicators are stable, the particle size distribution is uniform, and the crystal surface is smooth, which helps to better combine with the abrasive
3.Can improve grinding efficiency and grinding ratio
4.Improve the wear resistance of abrasive tools and extend the service life of abrasive tools
5.Helps to better take away the grinding heat during the grinding process
6.The mesh number is stable at 635 mesh.
Packing:
In 25/50kgs plastic woven bag lined with high-pressure plastic film, or according to customer's requirements.
