Machine Spec.:


1. The whole machine is controlled by 4 frequency conversion motor, and the whole machine adopts automatic tension control to keep the speed synchronized
2. The discharge rack is independent and adopts magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3. Anilox coating mode: the coating scraper shaft adopts heavy-duty double shaft mechanical independent swimming. The scraper adjustment mode is manual with pneumatic, and the angle can be adjusted arbitrarily. The coating amount depends on the mesh line of the anilox roll. The anilox roll with different mesh line can be changed for different coating amount.
4. The temperature of the oven is controlled independently in 4 sections at 10m. The electric heating hot air inlet drying system is adopted for heating. The heating box is installed outside. The heating pipe is made of stainless steel with heat sink and adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device. The air inlet and exhaust force is strong and the drying is complete.
5. The guide wheel in the oven is actively synchronized with the host, and the transmission adopts synchronous belt wheel transmission to reduce material tension and deformation. The air cylinder open top oven and membrane piercing operation platform make it easy for operators to work.
6. The intermediate tension of coating roller and traction steel roller is synchronized, and the floating swing arm type automatic tension control is adopted
7. Automatic meter speed control device;
8. EPC gas sensitive edge aligning machine is adopted for deviation correction, so as to ensure the tidiness of material winding.
9. The key type inflatable shaft is used for retraction and release, which is convenient for loading and unloading operation.
10. High precision up pressing traction device. The cooling of steel roller adopts water circulation type. Through the cooling roller, the film is smoother, scratched more and achieves the cooling effect.
