A: The delivery date depends on the specific goods and quantity. Take 5-inch 8-hole sandpaper as an example, the minimum order quantity can be shipped within 7 days, 100,000 pieces can be shipped within 20 days, and 1 million pieces can be shipped within 30-40 days.
Q3: Do you provide samples ?is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q4: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
Q5:Do you accept OEM for customer's brand?
A:Yes, we do. For the first time ,OEM service needs to reach 100,000 pieces, which can be printed for you for free. The second OEM does not limit the quantity.
Q6:Do you have after-sale services?
A:We have complete after-sale services, if you encounter any quality problems with our products, please send us proofs such as samples, pictures or videos.Once the proof is checked and confirmed,we will give you reasonable compensation for your lost.
