We at Umbria a Priori have had typical Umbrian products in our hearts for many years.
Since the mid-90s we have been involved in the promotion of Umbrian food.
In 2010, at the end of a creative path full of projects and ideas, we opened "Osteria a Priori", a small restaurant and wine bar located in the historical center of Perugia.
Osteria a Priori was born with the intuition of offering to Umbrians and to the many tourists that all year round are in town, regional dishes prepared with almost exclusively local ingredients and matched with our wines and craft beers.
During these years of activity of the Osteria we have developed the idea of giving life to the online sale, in order to allow Italian and international customers of our restaurant to buy our products comfortably from home.
Today we can say that the mission of Umbria a Priori is to discover and select for you the many good and beautiful things that this small region offers: wines, oils, craft beers, cheeses, pork, legumes and cereals, honey and jams, fresh truffles, Slow Food presidia of Umbria.
