Already in 1875 Paolo Polla and his son Nicolò began to grind the olives in the stone mill in the Ligurian village of Toirano, 3 km from the sea halfway between Genoa in North-West Italy and the French border.
Today we offer over 100 premium food specialties from Liguria, mainly made with our own olive oil. We sell them online www.oliopolla.it, in our two shops in Liguria, and trough a network of agents and distributors in Italy and abroad (Germany, Belgium, France, Denmark, Thailand...) that found us through the word of mouth.
Our process is as simple as possible to preserve the natural taste and purity of the ingredients. We are extremely proud to carry on this tradition and to count on our 7 employees, some have been working with us for their all life.
