What do we know about your after-sales policy
We have two alternative types of strategies for our partners. The first option is that we will provide 2% free back-up devices based on each order quantity, those back-up devices will be able to cover the replacement of any malfunctioning devices. However, there will be no more warranty service. Additionally, we will provide the spare parts at cost if there are any demands. The second option is that we will provide one year warranty for partners without any extra back up devices provided.
