1. Customers Feedback:
If there is any quality problems, please contact the seller customer service first, we will try our best to solve the problems. Please don't leave bad comments immediately, or we will refuse the requirements and resolve disputes through the third-party arbitration with normal but lengthy process .
2. For Customized Products Quality Assurance:
After getting the products, there are 7 days to confirm the products’ quality-if the product is with quality problems and they are proved to be caused by us, the seller accept the no reason to return/refund within 7 days. But the buyer have to offer the evidence first. Beyond 7 days confirming time, no reason return & refund is unacceptable.
3. Beyond 7 days but within 30 days auto-entry warranty clause:
Situation 1 Human reasons: Buyer's damage or buyer's personal willingness, the seller can offer the repairing, but the freight & Maintenance cost are borne by the buyer.
Situation 2 Non-human reasons:If the product has quality problems or natural causes of stone falling off and metal fading, the seller bears maintenance costs, but the buyer bears freight costs.
4. Lifelong Warranty Policy:
After 30 days, the seller guarantees the best quality and lowest price of maintenance and repair services. But all costs are borne by the buyer.
