1. Not blown out under pressure
Generally, the low-pressure air delivery is normal, such as the sudden explosion of extreme air pressure and the embrittlement beyond the time to blow out the usual aeration cap. Even if the pressure of the vibrating aerator is over 0.6MPa, it will not blow out the cap. Even the rubber cap will hold the chassis tighter. This is not available in other diaphragm aerators.
2. The check valve acts to keep debris out of the system
The smooth top surface of the chassis can prevent the adhesion and settlement of debris. This feature, together with the greater toughness of the cap, ensures that when the air supply stops, the larger diameter of the chassis and cap can increase the pressure on the upper liquid surface, and make the cap on the chassis tighter. This combined check valve can minimize the chance of debris and water entering the aerator. The bottom part of the air hole on the outside of the chassis is equipped with a ring structure at a certain interval, which can make the air bubble evenly distributed on the whole diameter of the aerator, thus ensuring excellent oxygen transmission effect:
A. The air hole outside the aerator, combined with its own cleaning function, makes the aerator not blocked.
B. Notches are used to strengthen the lip of the pin to prevent movement
C. The cap is arranged on the chassis to move. It will not be pressed out even under extreme pressure
D. Cap material adopts special formula, so it can keep toughness for a long time
E. The top surface is smooth, so that the debris does not stick or settle on the chassis.
