All the components used in this control box are famous brand, such as Yaskawa, SMC, Schneider, Carlo Gavazzi...etc, which ensure the filling machine runs well and has good performance during the production.
The famous Germany imported FESTO Cylinders, solenoid valves and other pneumatic components, the SICK sensors ensure the stability performance and high accuracy of this machine.
Bag length can be easily set on the touch screen. Package material feeding driven by Inverter motor, which the running speed can be adjust at will. We can customize the bag former according to specific needs.
Sealing & Cutting
The servo motor drive the double belt to draw the plastic film, which makes the bag flat and beautiful. The cutting blade can be easily controlled and adjust, which ensure the efficiently cutting speed.
The famous Markem Imaje Inkjet printer ensures the date labling clear and persistent.
