Our Mission
Abruzzo is a land of vineyards, cultivated between the sea and the mountains. From this land the wine takes its character and accents, and from our hands the history. We are children of the intuition of a parish priest and the audacity of a handful of peasants. In 1961 Don Vincenzo Pizzica understood that, to avoid the underestimation of the local wine by the great producers, it was necessary to form a cooperative. A few years later, in 1966, the associated farmers began producing the first bottles. Today we are about 300 winegrowers, and we manage over 500 hectares of vineyards in the province of Theatine.
