Q2: If there was a quality issue of the products you shipped to me, how can you solve the issue?
A2: If there was any quality issue, please contact us (within 14 days after item received) with the pictures to identify the issues. And we will come back to you with solutions.
Q3: Do you support mix and match for the products in your store? And if there are some products NOT in your store, can you help me to source them?
A3: Yes we support mix and match and you can pick up any products in our store. Please send the details to our sales manager and we will send TA order to you with all the products you required. And we can also provide One Stop Shopping Solution for you. Please send your detailed requirement to our sales manager.
Q4: Can you help to make FBA label and ship to FBA warehouse?
A4: Yes we offer FREE FBA labelling service. And for US Amazon, we have the experience to ship your order to FBA warehouse without extra cost and customs issues. Please kindly provide your tax number to avoid customs issues.
Q5: What kind of certification for the products in your store?
A5: Normally we have CE certification (EN71+7P) and CPC certification (ASTM+HR4040) for most of the products we are selling. Please kindly contact our sales manager for more details.
Q6: Do you offer customization service such as having my logo on the product?
A6: Yes we offer customization service such as logo, color, design, package, carton mark and also different languages manual. And there will be MOQ for different customization service, Please provide more detailed requirements to our sales manager and we will back to you with detailed solutions.
