Description


This charge-discharge test equipment is mainly used for lithium battery charge-discharge cycle test, the test items include: battery charge protection voltage, discharge protection voltage, capacity, etc. The device has four test steps: charging, discharging, shelving, and cycling. By editing the corresponding steps, the battery can be tested in accordance with the set process.


 


Basic performance


*1. Charge and discharge function:


It has the function of constant current and constant voltage charging and constant current discharge, charging and discharging the battery, and recording the battery capacity.


*2. Charge and discharge interface:


Fully meet the requirements of charging and discharging the same port and charging and discharging separate ports of the battery pack, that is, 2 wires (P+ P-) and 3 wires (P+ P- C-). At the same time, it can age the power tool battery (CH+ P+ P-) with positive plate charge protection and negative plate discharge protection.


*3. Check the voltage protection:


By charging and discharging the battery, it can be detected whether the battery's charge protection and discharge protection are working.


*4. Security protection:


Anti-reverse connection protection function; voltage upper and lower limit setting protection; safe discharge current protection;


*5. Online mode


If the instrument is single or less than 5, it can be connected to the PC through the serial port;


In the network connection mode for more than 5 units, the PC computer only needs to provide a network port to control less than 60 instruments.


*6. Control system


The software system adopts the classic and mature C/S mode. There are two communication methods: serial port and network. The serial port can realize the accurate communication of several instruments in a short distance, and the network can realize the accurate communication of multiple instruments in a long distance.


*7. Management software


Based on the Windows operating interface, the SQL database is used to store test data, which greatly facilitates the staff to query and export data online. According to the battery bar code, time, and device number, the charge and discharge aging curve can be viewed, and the curve can be exported.
