BIAN Metal is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province,which was established in 2013.Our factory covers an area of over 15000 square meters and employs more than 200 people.We provides superior quality custom aluminum die casting parts and zinc die casting parts,which is widely used in different industries including LED lighting,communications electrical hardware,furniture parts,food dairy, automotive and so on. We have 10 brand die casting machines, 20 CNC machines, 10 polishing machines, 5 milling machines and other type of machines,with an annual output of more than 500 sets of die-casting molds.Our team will help you to make product from concept to production.Our die casting machines range from 180T up to 1250T, we can produce die casting parts from a few grams to more than 100 pounds with superior quality ready for assembly.

Q2: How could I get a quotation?
The details of price based on your product drawing, order quantity, product material and surface-treatment. Send us your part drawing and your requirement and then we will offer the quotation..
Q3: What’s the Process？
Drawing & Samples→Mold making→ Die casting → Deburring →Drilling and threading → CNC Machining → Polishing → Surface treatment→Assembly → Quality inspection → Packing →Shipping
Q4: What is your payment terms?
Usually T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q5: What is your terms of delivery?
EX factory,FOB, CIF etc.
Q6: What is your package?
Inner PP bag+carton box,wooden pallet if needed.If you have legally registered patent, we can print your logo after getting your authorization letters.
Q7: What is the lead time?
It usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your deposit. The specific delivery time depends on your designs and the quantity. For unconventional product , we have to consider extra 15-30days for tooling/mold made.
Q8: Whats your MOQ?
No MOQ for the first three times order.You could test the quantity and launch the market better.Later MOQ 500pcs for normal products and 1000pcs for small size product.
Q9: How to solve the quality problems after sales?
Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within three days after we confirm the problems.
Q10: How to guarantee the quality?
A: We have QC team comply with TQM, each step is in compliance to the standards.We have a series test as below:
1.raw material test by metal spectrometer,finished product tested again
2.Salt spray tester.48 hours test,3 days test or at your request
3.X-ray detector
4.Three dimensional online detection
Q11: What about the mold guarantee lifetime?
Mold life span depends on your order quantity, generally the mold range from 60k~100k shoot,.In addition we could supply free mold if it exceed life span for your large quantity.
