Company Profile
Glorioso Olive Oil was born in 1990 in Santa Ninfa (Sicily, Italy). We produce High Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
We have adopted the short chain method "from tree to table": we realize all the processing phases (from milling to logistics) within our company.
Most of our production is actually addressed to foreign countries and we would like to extend our network and distribution channels.
We would like to share some important information about our company:
CONSUMER PROTECTION AND CUSTOMER CARE:
- we highlight the characteristics of our oil with clear and precise information on the label;
- the entire production chain is traceable and transparent;
- our customers can contact company managers directly;
- certifications and compliance with the related regulations are our priority.
QUALITY + QUANTITY: we focus on the production key points
1- selection of the best green and good olives;
2- manual harvest;
3- quick transport of the olives to the mill: within 12 hours after harvesting;
4- cold milling in a 2 phases "Alfa Laval" plant;
5- the oil is stored in stainless steel silos at a controlled temperature filled with nitrogen;
6- mechanized bottling;
7- quality control takes place constantly at all stages of production.
We have enhanced our production capacity
- daily milling capacity: 80 tons
- annual oil availability: 1000 tons
- number of bottles / hour: 1500 / h
- order fulfillment in 3-5 working days.
The main cultivars are Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice. The product lines include: certified organic EVO oil, flavoured organic EVO oil, 100% Monocultivar Nocellara del Belice, blend with delicate flavour, New Oil milled between October and November, private labels.
GREEN COMPANY: we use every part of the olive, state-of-the-art plant and equipment powered by photovoltaic energy, "zero km" raw materials, sicilian cultivars from traditional agriculture, we have chosen certified and recycled packaging, labels made of anti-stain recycled paper, High Quality products with innovative and eco-sustainable packaging.
Our main objective is to bring excellent traditional Sicilian EVO oil on consumers' tables.
