Conical Twin Screw Extruder
Conic twin screw extruder is a kind of high efficiency equipment for plastic extrusion.It is mainly composed by force feeder, soft plasticization screw and barrel,high precision gearbox, exhaust system. It has features of even mixing,better plasticization,stable working,high capacity, and it is suitable for produce PVC products from mixed powder.With different mold and other auxiliary equipments,it can produce plastic pipe,profile,board,sheet,granules and so on.
PVC Profile Production Line
This line uses SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder, which provides wide adjusting range and precise temperature control. The line includes vacuum calibration and cooling unit, haul-off unit, cutting machine, and stacker.
The calibration unit is equipped with large forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect. The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting.The stacker is covered with rubber grip
blocks to prevent products from damage.
