1.Can you make the products with the size, material, printing effect and style as per our requests?
------ Yes. Both OEM & ODM we do .We can do the Customized products according to your requests.
2.What is your minimum order quantity?
------ This should be negotiated. It depends on the order item style,material , size etc...
3. What is the payment term?
------ Usually we accept bank wire(T/T), Western Union etc...and normally we accept 40% deposit, balance before shipment.
4. What if I do not have a designer to create the artwork,how can I make my designs?
------We have our own professional designers who will service for you .You may just give us your idea, logo, detail design information etc so that we can make it for your confirmation.
5. If i have my own designs , which design format you need from me? ------AI, CDR, PDF, PSD files with editable layers and high definition image.
6. Can I get samples to check the quality?
------Fee samples are available and you only need to pay for the courier cost.
7. What is the estimated delivery time?
