Product Description


The XKP rubber crusher is the key part of XKP series tire recycling line, also the secondary crushing process, which will make tire chips into 5~40 mesh granules and powder, and size near this range can also be made. It’s equipped with two magnetic separators. After crushing, 99.9% steel wires will be separated from rubber.




It can be followed by a nylon separator to get rid of nylon fibers, or a fine grinder to make even smaller powders. It's equipped with magnetic and nylon separators to remove tire wire and nylon fiber. Final rubber purity can reach 99.9%.

Working Principle&Processing




Cut off tyre steel bead----cut tyre body into strips ----cut the strips into 50*50mm-----crush into 5mm-----separate steel wire------separate fiber----pure rubber granules (5-6mm)

The tire chips will be fed into the XKP rubber crusher by feeding conveyor, and get grinded into target sized rubber particles.
The bigger sized rubber particles will be screened out by the two vibrating screens, and returned to the XKP rubber crusher again for further grinding until it gets to ideal sizes.
