CUSTOM STEEL ROLLER(Steel Core/Cylinder/Drum)
As an experienced roller manufacturer, we can produce wide format precision steel rollers including drive rollers, idler rollers, guide roller, heating rollers, vacuum rolls, embossing rollers, anilox rollers, coating roller, chromed mirror rollers, calender roller, laminator rollers, printing rollers, etc. Here is the regular production process of steel cylinders:
Accuracy Assurance: Usually steel roller has critical requirements on the run-out, concentricity and cylindricity - that's why precision grinding as the final step is a must for qualified steel rolls if cylindricity 0.01mm needed. Our workshop is equipped with 4 grinding machines including 6,000mm CNC grinding machine, which can reach 0.001 inch in cylindricity.
Balancing: Static balancing is applied to all rollers production and dynamic balancing is also a must for high speed working roller.
Heat Treatment: Steel shaft roller body could be annealed or hardened if needed.
Surface Coating: Steel rolls could be painted, zinc plated, chrome coated, rubber coated, Teflon coated, electroless nickel plated, Tungsten Carbide coated, plasma coating, thermal spray coating etc., depending on the applications.
Packaging: Well-designed packaging is also very important for precision industrial steel drum rollers, otherwise rollers may be damaged in the loading/unloading process and transportation.
We own ISO 9001:2015 certificate, and we have close cooperation with many famous companies such as Hewlett Packard, EFI, RPA technology, etc.

Package&Delivery
We regard packaging as a crucial link. Well-designed packaging is fairly important to ensure the good condition and successful delivery of the precision cylinder rollers. For example, it is better to pack the painted roller with paper instead of nylon(nylon and paint may stick together); Rubber rollers should be supported at both shaft ends inside box, otherwise rubber may deform permanently if it is pressed or stacked up directly; and vacuum packaging is a quite good solution for zinc plated roller, otherwise roller may rust during sea shipments.
