Our Ramen

Made with natural wheat flour which is free from additives to presserve the nutrients, ensuring that the ramen are healthier and tastier.  Our ramen are springy, not sticky and not easily broken. It produced to seal in a degree of moisture content just sufficient to keep the noodles fresh without destroying the nutrition content. 


Ippin Ramen retains considerably better tensile strength even after being kept warm for a period of time. This is achieved through the high quality protein enriched wheat flour used in the production of Ippin Ramen, which also make it low in alkalinity with a rich aromatic fragrance of fresh flour.

How To Cook

Soup Cooking Method

For best result, cook the ramen or noodles for few minutes in boiling water and then blanch in cold water for a better texture before dishing it in soups .


After boiling water, cook for  3 minutes.
