TEST BENCH FOR SCREWING OUT VALVES AND LPG CYLINDERS DEGASSING
TEST BENCH FUNCTION
Degassing cylinders and demounting a valve from the cylinder neck.
DESCRIPTION OF DESIGN
- The test bench operation consists in degassing the cylinder by means of residual gas displacement by supplying inert gas to the tested cylinder.
- The test bench is a chassis where a post with an air wrench is installed and there is a room for placing and fixing the cylinder with inert gas.
- The tested cylinder is placed and fixed by means of the Post with a tilter or the Mobile tilter.
- The degassing device is placed on the valve of the cylinder with inert gas.
- The inert gas supply to the cylinder to be degassed is adjusted by a gas pressure regulator.
- The valve is demounted from the cylinder neck by means of the air wrench.
- The test bench is completed with an adapter kit for demounting valves of different design.
- The cylinder with inert gas is not included in the delivery set.
- The air wrench operation requires a compressed air source with the pressure of 0.6…0.8MPa.
