Prosecco Pirani becomes a reality thanks to the passion that the President of the company, Mr. Andrea Pirani, has always had for the world of bubbles and made in Italy excellences.Heir to the very best wine producing venetian tradition, the Pirani Prosecco line comes alive thanks to the Glera wine variety, that contitutes 85% of the Prosecco production and the remaining portion of Chardonnay.Glera is a white berry grape variety, that has hazel shoots and generates big, long bunches of golden grapes. Pirani Prosecco is made using the Charmat method. This method produces a wine with a fresh and gentle taste with the effervescent composition typical of Prosecco. The last phase is a secondary fermentation and is completed directly in the bottles. So, that the wine once bottled is ready to be tasted. The wines fermentation is completed in an autoclave for a period of time lasting between one and six months.The fermentation of Prosecco DOC Extra Dry, in particular, lasts two months.The wine passes through a high-pressure resistant filter, to remove any possible sediments.Finally, a blend of wine and sugar is added to the filtered wine before being bottled.Inside Prosecco DOC Extra Dry there are about 15 grams of sugar per liter.Prosecco DOC Extra Dry, with its straw yellow color and elegant perlage, stands out for its intense, enveloping flavor, with delicate notes of white fruit.Excellent soul of the aperitif, it perfectly matches with fish, delicate first courses and cheeses.Alcohol by volume (ABV): 11%.Serving temperature: 8°CSizes: 150 cl/ 75 cl/ 20 cl.The product is presented with an original packaging, different for each type in order to exalt its qualities, a branded cork, a 730 gr. bottle, personalized and reinforced shipping carton and an accurate aesthetics.
