Engin Plast designs and assembles their plants autonomously. For the realization of the individual parts is supported by a network of selected workshops, able to ensure high levels of quality and quick response times.
To support the provision of the facilities, Engin Plast has a technical staff, available in all project phases, from the preliminary analysis through to after-sales service.
In preliminary studies the customer's requirements are analyzed in detail in order to find solutions that ensure the optimum compromise among technical, economic and qualitative.
Engin Plast has always been structured in order to offer the customer the proposed "turnkey", and has made available to all its clients the following services:
The after-sales service can be supported by local diagnostics installed on all machines (on request).
Remote controls can be available via modem or network (installed on request).
The Engin Plast staff follows the installation at the customers plant. During this phase training is provided to the production personnel.
The on call service specialist provides telephone assistance along with notification of the problem
Periodic Preventive Maintenance Schedule
Our spare parts warehouse handles general and special for the prompt fulfilment of the requests received.

Engin Plast provides its customers reliable and cost-effective shipping solutions for cargo transportation worldwide. Our logistic service manage ground transportation, air-freight, ocean freight.
Engin Plast also provides packing/preservation solutions that require effective protection against excessive humidity, condensation and moisture during shipping if it is necessary.
