      The vacuum belt drying technologyis a kind of low temperature drying method,through which the raw liquid materials are continously spread onto the conveyor belt under the vacuum condition,and are dried after passing through the heating zone with the movement of the conveyor belt,and then are cooled and made crispy.During the whole drying process,the extracts are in the vacuum closed environment with gentle drying process(work temperature 40-145°c),so that their natures can be maintained to the maximum extent and high quality final products can be obtained.As the materials are gradually dried within a period of time after the directly enter the vacuum condition,the granules obtained after being dried have the crystallization effect to a certain degree,Viewed from the micor structure,there are micropores inside.After they are crushed into the diameter required,the granules can be used for direct table pressing or capsule filling with good flowability and good instant solubility.
