Asphalt roofing felts are designed as an underlayment product to be applied over the roof deck prior to the installation of asphalt shingles. Install asphalt roofing felts as a seconda-ry barrier to moisture caused by wind driven rain and ice damming.


A heavy-weight asphalt roofing felt made of a specially formulated organic sheet which has been fully saturated with waterproofing asphalt.
