The products are widely applied in the chemical analysis and physical determination for labs in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutes, etc; sintering stoneware, procelain and ceramics; high-temperature heat treatment for metalannealing, quenching and tempering.

Features

Humanity Design:

1. Resistor furnace adopts aluminium silicate ceramic fibre: featuring light weight, rapid temperature rise, time saving etc. to satisfy the requirements on rapid sintering under various conditions.

2. The whole chamber use double-deck design with cooling fan to make the temperature of the chamber surface close to room temperature.

3. PID controller imported from Japan, it controls temperature precise and reliable.

4. Intelligent program controller with variety paragraphs: Japan Shimada controller

5. Microcomputer program control temperature, time, rate of temperature process and sintering experiments with great speed.

6. Programmable Controller, 32 periods/ 32 steps, max timing setting for each period is 99 hours 59 minutes.

7. Periods of program make control and operation automatic. 

Safety device:

1. Sensors in the fault, alarm system for the higher or lower temperature as well as over temperature, and acousto-optic alarm prompt the user ensure the safe operation of the experiment not accident

Quality energy saving design:
